All Species Ball
All Species Ball 2012: A Costume and Masquerade Extravaganza is a benefit for the Northcoast Environmental Center at the Arcata Playhouse. Dance the night away with music by Kindred Spirits, Sour Mash Hug Band, and Missing Link DJs Matt 'n Adam. This is a pre-Halloween party to celebrate All Species, so come dressed as your favorite animal, plant, fungi, microorganism, or a species of your imagination. Costume prizes will be awarded by SCRAP Humboldt, Treats and beverages will be available thanks to Mad River Brewing Co., Moonstone Crossing Winery, and Arise Bakery. The evening will also feature random Creature Theater by Synapsis. More information available at NEC. Tickets are $10 in advance, $15 at the door.
