Humboldt Hills Hoedown

The 8th Annual Humboldt Hills Hoedown is Saturday, September 22nd at The Mateel in Redway CA. Down-home celebration of bluegrass and country music. There will be heap of fun for the whole family. Folks can test their skill at staying mounted on Butch the Mechanical bull. There will be country games and activities for the kids, vendors, jam opportunities for you musicians, and plenty of dancing all day long, including a contra dance lesson from the Striped Pig String Band. Chef Michele will be cooking up a mouth-watering country-style menu while the bar pours domestics, microbrews, and fine wines. There’ll also be cakewalks and everyone’s favorite, chicken poop bingo
